A complete refurbishment and remodelling of a 3 bedroom bungalow;

Converted lounge into a large contemporary kitchen;

• Cut out flat ceiling and created large vaulted section with electronic velux window
• Installed LED lighting to colour wash the now taller walls reaching up to the roof line
• Installed gloss white kitchen, modern appliances, and a granite worktop
• Cut out the corner of the building facing onto the garden and installed 2x sets of bifold doors to flood the area with natural light and can extend fully open onto the large composite decking area with put down

Decommissioned the old kitchen area and converted into a lounge snug with LED mood lighting and concealed cabling for all the AV equipment, TV etc

Refurbished the bathroom into a luxury shower room using Corian as the vanity countertop with moulded integrated basin

Knocked two bedrooms into one and fitted integrated wardrobes

Replaced all internal doors for attractive modern oak and laid new flooring throughout – LVT (luxury vinyl tile to the kitchen, hallway and bathroom. Thick pile carpet to the two bedrooms and lounge.

Replaced all the double glazed windows, including cutting out for a set of French doors with integrated blinds at the end of the new enlarged bedroom
