Once these initial steps are completed, we will provide you with a project plan to show you when we expect to be at each stage of work.
If you’re happy to get going, we’ll then set a start date for the project which is usually four to six weeks after you give us the go-ahead. This timeframe is also how long it takes for us to complete the average project, depending on its size. You can rely on our project manager to schedule all the tradesmen and material deliveries, liaise with your building inspector if required, and keep you informed of our progress throughout.
Your household services will only be interrupted when necessary and will always be restored by the end of the working day. If the project involves replacing a kitchen or bathroom, we will maintain essential facilities for as long as possible during the build and install the new fittings as soon as the plastering stage is completed.
